It is with regret that we have decided to suspend all face-to-face services until further notice. Our staff work at Cup-O-T and in the NHS with numerous vulnerable people. Our suspension of face-to-face appointments is to restrict the spread of the virus and protect those who are most vulnerable.
In the meantime, we are offering video-call appointments via Zoom as an alternative and just as effective means of delivering therapy appointments.
We will remain active on social media and be providing daily Facebook lives in our ‘Cup-O-T Community’ Facebook Group with information & ideas for at-home activities. At this time balance of daily activities in your routine is essential for your mental and physical health.
