Non-Executive Director, Treasurer
Willowed joined the Cup-O-T team in 2020 as a Non-Executive Director.
“I am passionate about the not for profit sector in Norfolk and I’ve seen the amazing impact charities and social enterprises are having on the shortfall left from underfunded services. I am a big supporter of taking an entrepreneurial approach to fundraising so working with an innovative social enterprise like Cup-O-T is fantastic.
I received mental health support as a young person from the NHS services in Norfolk and in that time I saw the pressures on the services increase and the support offered to each service user dwindle. I’m incredibly proud to be a part of an organisation putting their clients first, offering exciting and inventive help and taking their support to people in rural areas often forgotten by other services.”
Non-Executive Director, Chair
Helen joined the Cup-O-T team in 2018 as a Non-Executive Director.
“Having lived in rural North Norfolk, I have seen first hand the real struggle people have in accessing mental health support in much of rural Norfolk. For many, the thought of having to take many buses to access support in Norwich, prevented them from gaining the support they needed. Add into this the threshold for accessing support through the NHS and there are huge numbers of children, young people and adults who are just not getting the help they desperately need.
When I first found out about Cup-O-T I knew I wanted to be involved in an innovative social enterprise that really wants to make a difference to the lives of people in Norfolk’s rural communities, making access to much needed support services a reality for so many. From our very first discussion I knew that Norfolk desperately needs a Cup-O-T.

Occupational Therapist and EMDR Therapist
Clare has recently joined our team providing Occupational Therapy and EMDR Therapy online to people aged 16+.
“I have worked as an occupational therapist in the mental health sector for the past 20 years. I am passionate about breaking down barriers towards accessing support and using a personalised recovery focused approach to support individuals to address their life goals and promote independence. I feel that early access to therapy for people to explore stressful life experiences is paramount in promoting positive mental health, and to support my clients further in this area I have completed my EMDR therapy training.
Outside of work I am a big lover of the outdoors, and will be often found kayaking and canoeing.”

Hello! I’m Jen. I love all things admin. I know right, someone’s got to!
I work remotely supporting the team at Cup-O-T with all things admin, email management and marketing.
Over the past 15 years, small businesses have worked with me to grow, improve their efficiencies, and enjoy their business again.
I’ve always been an admin-bod, and if something needs creating, systemising or managing, I’m just a message or phone call away!
Away from work, I’m kept busy with my 3 children, crazy Whippet, and my husband who runs his own carpentry business (yes, my admin skills are put to use there too!).
I also LOVE to play Netball and do so at least once a week in Norwich.
