Ever felt that your mind is just too full!? We would love a Pensieve like Dumbledore uses in Harry Potter, but sadly we haven’t been able to source any. So we have created this sheet to help you clear some of those thoughts that go round and round.
We find that this really helps when you are struggling to concentrate…you might be at school / work and thinking about all the other stuff you need to do at home.
We also find it AMAZINGLY useful for when you are trying to sleep and you are being bombarded by your brain.
Getting your thoughts, worries and feelings down onto paper gets them out of your head – you know you won’t then forget things, and you can concentrate on what you need to be doing in that moment.
You can also use this sheet to share what your worries are with others.
