Therapeutic Photography Group

Our Therapeutic Photography group is a youth occupation-based group exploring emotions and identity, building self-esteem and resilience. This group takes place over 6 weeks of therapeutic sessions in our beautiful woodland space.

We accept referrals from professionals working with young people and self-referrals from young people or their families.

Therapy Room Hire

Welcome to Cup-O-T’s dedicated Therapy Room, available to hire, in the heart of Wymondham. Our modern, welcoming space is perfect for both talking and creative therapies, designed with comfort and professionalism in mind.

Campfire Community

Cup-O-T’s Campfire Community provides mental health occupational therapy groups for young people in our beautiful woodland space.

We accept referrals from professionals working with the young person and self referrals from families.

Peer Support Worker training

Our 10-week in person or online Peer Support Worker Training is a comprehensive training programme for mental health peer support workers, based on The Competence Framework published by Health Education England. This training is for people already in a paid or voluntary peer support role or who want to take this step in their career. Some bursaries are available to Norfolk residents.

We do not have any spaces available for therapy outside of the above funded programmes.
