Therapeutic Photography Group

Our Therapeutic Photography group is a youth occupational therapy group for teenagers and young adults where we explore topics such as emotions and identity through creative means, working to build our self-esteem and resilience. This group takes place over 6 weeks of therapeutic sessions in our beautiful woodland space or a local community space near you. The last session is an exhibition of the photography that can be shared with friends, family and communities.

To take part in this group you do not need to have skills in photography or a fancy camera!

Our Discovery Group , Interoception and Therapeutic Photography programmes can be commissioned by schools or organisations working with young people.

Training is also available for professionals working with young people through our Learning Collective: Training – Cup-O-T: Wellness and Therapy Services.
