Support and Supervision for Therapists, Peer Support Workers and Mental Health Professionals
At Cup-O-T: Wellness and Therapy Services, we are committed to supporting the growth and wellbeing of mental health professionals through high-quality, evidence-informed professional development opportunities.
We offer clinical supervision tailored for UK-based HCPC-registered occupational therapists working in mental health or nature-based practice.
Our supervision is grounded in occupational therapy theory, values-led practice, and a deep understanding of working therapeutically outdoors and within community and mental health settings.
Whether you’re newly qualified, developing a specialist area, or navigating the challenges of independent practice, our supervision offers a safe and supportive space to reflect, grow, and remain grounded in your professional identity.
Who is this for?
- Mental health occupational therapists
- Nature-based occupational therapists
- Independent practitioners and social enterprises
Supervision sessions are typically offered online, with flexible scheduling options.

We facilitate supportive supervision groups for trained peer support workers and mental health professionals using peer-informed or lived experience approaches in their work.
These groups offer a confidential space to share experiences, explore challenges, and reflect on practice alongside others who “get it.” Grounded in peer support values, each session includes space for group reflection, discussion, and gentle accountability.
Who are these groups for?
- Peer support workers (including trained volunteers)
- Lived experience practitioners
- Mental health professionals using peer-based approaches
Groups are held online and facilitated by an experienced supervisor with a background in peer support and mental health. Individual and in person supervision is available on request.
To arrange group or individual supervision please contact us.
We often hear from therapists and mental health & youth service professionals who are inspired by our service model and want to create something similar. These one-to-one consultations are designed to offer practical, honest advice and a space to ask questions about service design, setting up peer groups, community engagement, partnerships, funding, and ethical considerations.
Whether you’re in the early stages of an idea or refining your existing service, we’ll help you think through your next steps clearly and realistically.
What we can cover:
- Starting your own nature-based or therapeutic service
- Developing a peer support group
- Ethical and practical considerations
- Funding and sustainability
- Real-world insights from our own journey
These short consultations are a great starting point for developing your ideas with confidence.
