Interoception Group

The Interoception group is an experimental group for young people aged between 16-25 who are being discharged from mental health services or transitioning to a new service, such as Youth mental health team to Adult mental health teams.

The group would be most suited to individuals who find it hard to identify body sensations or differentiate between emotions that they are experiencing.

We accept referrals from professionals working with the young person and self referrals from young people or their families.

Peer Support Worker training

Our 10-week in person or online Peer Support Worker Training is a comprehensive training programme for mental health peer support workers, based on The Competence Framework published by Health Education England. This training is for people already in a paid or voluntary peer support role or who want to take this step in their career. Some bursaries are available to Norfolk residents.

Discovery Group is a supportive community group for individuals navigating life after being discharged from mental health services for young people.

We accept referrals from professionals working with the young person and self referrals from families.
