Health Advice & Support for Children – Just One Norfolk
Support services for the whole family. From pregnancy, early days, parenthood, childhood illnesses, staying safe, child development, additional needs, speech & language, healthy lifestyles, emotional health, school life and Norfolk commissioned services.
Services include online support, chat services, telephone support, online healthy child programmes, and referral specialist services.

Drug and alcohol recovery | The Matthew Project | England
We empower young people and adults to overcome drugs, alcohol, and mental health issues so they can live their lives more fully. We also offer specialist services for both family members impacted by others’ substance misuse and for veterans.

Wellbeing Norfolk & Waveney provide a range of support for people with common mental health and emotional issues, such as low mood, depression or stress. We work with you to help you make the necessary changes to improve your wellbeing and quality of life. Our services are free and are available to people aged 16 and over living in Norfolk & Waveney.

A virtual friend for 8-11 year olds and their parents that helps families think about feelings and talk about difficult topics. You can download the app here.

TellMi
Tellmi Tellmi is the only pre-moderated (by humans) digital peer support app where posts are approved in minutes, not hours. It has been independently demonstrated to improve mental health and is loved by young people aged 11-25.

TriggerStop
Trigger Stop on the App Store (apple.com) When a young child is triggered, whether a trauma trigger or an emotional button is pushed, a child can become unregulated. Adults can support children to express the sensations in their body by using this application. If the child is at a loss of words or is not verbal, they can express themselves with the APP features which are primarily visual images used to communicate their internal state.
