Cup-O-T: Wellness and Therapy Services – Therapy Room for Hire
Welcome to Cup-O-T’s dedicated Therapy Room, available to hire, in the heart of Wymondham. Our modern, welcoming space is perfect for both talking and creative therapies, designed with comfort and professionalism in mind.
Location
We are situated in Kett’s Yard Community Space, conveniently located above Kett’s Books. The central location offers excellent public transport links, and there is local pay and display parking nearby for added convenience.
The Space
Our therapy room is suitable for sessions with adults or young people aged 11+ and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, with 2 armchairs and 2 fold-away chairs available. The room is designed to be a calming environment, ideal for a range of therapies.

Accessibility
Please note, the therapy room is located upstairs, with no lift or accessible entrance.
There are toilets available on-site for your use.
Hiring Requirements
To hire the space, therapists must provide the following documents:
- Valid Insurance
- Proof of ID
- Qualification Certificates
Availability & Pricing
The therapy room is available for hire Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
- £12.50 per hour
- £45 for a half day (4 hours)
- £70 for a full day.

Access to Kett’s Yard is via the courtyard on Fairland Street, not via the bookshop. Our entrance is in the left back corner of the courtyard, where you will see a doorbell labelled “Cup-O-T”.
