Map Your Path Project

Map Your Life Project REGISTER HERE

Map Your Life is an Occupational Therapy group for people aged 16-35 living in the UK who wish to improve their health and wellbeing by understanding their challenges and strengths. In this workshop we will use creative map making to enable you do this.

All sessions are online and will take place weekly over Zoom Video Call.

Over 6 sessions we will explore, discuss and create your own treasure map which will help you to identify challenges, life events, skills and resources that you have. All materials are included and will be posted out to you in advance of the workshop beginning. Your kit will include art materials and printed Map Your Path workbook.

There will be a maximum of 6 participants on the workshop. Please be aware that this is a therapy group and not an art class. The workshop will be facilitated by two Occupational Therapists – Catherine (Lead Therapist at Cup-O-T) and Charlotte (Volunteer Occupational Therapist at Cup-O-T).

If you are not 16-35 years old and you do not live in the UK your ticket will be refunded. Please note that this is a therapy group and not an art class. If you have any questions or wish to discuss this workshop with us then please contact Catherine:

What is Occupational Therapy?

Occupational Therapy can help you manage your life and mental wellness in a variety of ways. ‘Occupation’ refers to the things you do day to day. This might be self care activities, work/education or things that you enjoy.

Occupational Therapy works with you to build skills to enable you to complete the activities of daily living that you need or want to do. It also helps you to adapt the activity or environment that you do it in.

How is this project funded?

This project has been funded by the Innovation Award from the Royal College of Occupational Therapists Specialist Section – Independent Practice. This has enabled us to keep the cost to a minimum for participants.
