*UPDATE SEPT 2020* We are currently transforming this into an online course. Keep an eye on our website and social media for when this will be available.

Over 6 sessions we will explore, discuss and create your own treasure map which will help you to identify challenges, life events, skills and resources that you have. All materials are included and will be posted out to you in advance of the workshop beginning. Your kit will include art materials and printed Map Your Path workbook.

The workshop will be facilitated by two Occupational Therapists – Catherine (Lead Therapist at Cup-O-T) and Charlotte (Volunteer Occupational Therapist at Cup-O-T).

What is Occupational Therapy?

Occupational Therapy can help you manage your life and mental wellness in a variety of ways. ‘Occupation’ refers to the things you do day to day. This might be self care activities, work/education or things that you enjoy.

Occupational Therapy works with you to build skills to enable you to complete the activities of daily living that you need or want to do. It also helps you to adapt the activity or environment that you do it in.

How is this project funded?

This project has been funded by the Innovation Award from the Royal College of Occupational Therapists Specialist Section – Independent Practice. This has enabled us to keep the cost to a minimum for participants.
