Location: Wymondham, Norfolk and across Breckland, South Norfolk, Broadland and City
Salary: £25,350 pro rata
Hours: 22.5 hours a week (Monday, Wednesday and Fridays and some Saturdays to be worked flexibly). 1 year fixed term. Potential to increase hours – funding dependent

The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic team member who understands the role that positive activities can have for the health and wellbeing of young people and families. This post will work across our community programmes that take place in schools and community centre
locations. Programmes include our Build Together Breckland Families and Schools Projects, Discovery Groups and woodland programmes.

About us:
Cup-O-T: Wellness and Therapy Services provides accessible, creative, evidence based mental health support and training to empower communities, young people and families.
Cup-O-T offers occupational therapy programmes as well as family and community sessions. Our programmes take place in a variety of locations from our woodland space in South Norfolk and in community locations and schools across South Norfolk, Breckland, Broadland and Norwich City area.
Our programmes empower young people aged 7-25 and families, who face complex and difficult challenges in their lives. We focus on the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of our young people working with them to make lasting changes to their lives and helping them play a positive role in their communities. Our sessions are for young people at risk of exclusion, becoming NEET and those with trauma, SEND and SEMH difficulties. Our therapy groups are designed and led by qualified Occupational Therapists.
You will also work alongside other team members such as psychological therapists, outdoor facilitators, peer support workers and volunteers. We are proud to be an accredited Living Wage employer for all our team members.
