Peer Power: How Lived Experience is Transforming Mental Health Support
Peer Support Workers (PSWs) are transforming mental health care by bridging the gap in services with lived experience and compassionate support. At Cup-O-T, we’ve trained multiple PSW cohorts through our AQA-accredited programme, empowering individuals with the skills to support others effectively. Our Peer Support Worker Celebration Event in March 2025 will honour these incredible graduates. Interested in joining the movement?
